The seabed completion device of the deep-water hydrate well is the key equipment for the completion operation of the deep water gas hydrate well.It is suitable for wellhead completion operation after riser-less drilling operation in deep water seabed.The device can execute the storage and transportation of the completion casing?the casing buckle/ casing shackle?the casing down to the wellhead.Through the above actions,the well completion channel can be established.It can also assist with mud circulation operation and cement slurry cementing operation.This paper relies on the mining conditions of the South China Sea natural gas hydrate deposit to design a deep-water hydrate well sea bed completion device.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,based on the severe operating conditions of the deep-water hydrate well completion operations,the functional requirements and performance requirements of the operating devices are determined.Moreover,the overall design of the device is formulated and a three-dimensional model diagram is established.In particular,the parts of the device for the casing lowering and assembly operations are designed in detail.Secondly,according to the operation process of the deep-water seabed completion device,the force analysis and calculation are performed.Based on the calculation results,we select the hydraulic components and establish a hydraulic system.Then,the hydraulic drive system is modeled and analyzed by hydraulic simulation software,and the simulation results are compared with the calculation results.This method ensures the reliable operation of the designed hydraulic system and meets the actual engineering operation requirements.Only in this way,can we ensure the reliable operation of the designed hydraulic system and meet the actual engineering operation requirements.Finally,the finite element analysis software is used to check the strength of key parts of the device which is under the limit load condition.According to the simulation results,the structural optimization design proposal of the component is proposed.Under the condition that the device meets the requirements of reliable work,lightweight and convenience are the main optimization goals.In this paper,the design method and the performance study of the deep-water hydrate well seabed completion system are good examples for us to design the deep-water seabed completion equipment in China.
