It can withstand a large load and the strong climbing ability. Reference at home and abroad based on the advantage of the same move the tools development and research of good quality and low price bracket carrier, such an important task before the mining technical personnel.In this paper, the fully mechanized hoisting mechanism and hydraulic support’s truck hoisting mechanism hydraulic system design and calculation. Used optimization design method to determine the main components of the basic structure of the size and the working stroke of the hydraulic cylinder; the hoisting mechanism to make use of Pro/E 3d entity modeling, at the same time by using ANSYS software to intensity, the main mechanical parts to ensure the rationality and reliability of hoisting mechanism structure;the hydraulic oil cylinder of the main structure size is determined. |
