In recent years,manufacturing industry develops fast with the rapid growth of economy,creates considerable economic benefits but causes a lot of accidents,high accident frequency attracts attention.Because safety accidents threaten people’s lives and bring huge economic losses,managers begin to focus on the causes and prevention of safety accidents.This paper mainly analyzes the safety accidents which belong to production and management process in D company.In order to get causes and coping strategies,statistical methods are applied to analyze the current situation.First of all,based on the accident investigation report,through the analysis of total number,classification number and severity,finding the number of personal injury isn’t reduced and loss of working hours is increased,the enterprise must take measures.Then,the importance of unsafe acts of people and material insecurity is estimated by using rough analytic hierarchy process and potential failure modes and the result analysis(FMEA).Management defect is the key reason.Finally,coping strategy is put forward to D company.Through the study of this thesis,identifying the main reason of safety accidents and providing effective strategies,at the same time,track crossing theory and accident cause analysis method have certain reference to other enterprises. |
