Study On Spatial Spillover Effect Of Atmospheric Environmental Pollution In Bohai Rim

The 18 th CPC National Congress put forward higher requirements for the construction of ecological civilization,and the environmental problems have received unprecedented attention in society.In the environmental problems,the most obvious phenomenon in people’s body feeling is atmospheric pollution in recent years.In fact,the Bohai rim region is one of the most serious areas of atmospheric pollution in our country.With the serious atmospheric pollution in Bohai rim,we need to make more research and analysis in detail,and constantly seek a more perfect solution to solve the problem.Based on the environmental Kuznets hypothesis,the spatial statistical method is used to analyze the relationship between the quality of regional environmental and growth of economic,we evaluate the spatial spillover effect of environmental pollution with the spatial statistical method,and it provides a more accurate spatial reference for the analysis of regional economic environmental problems.Global Moran ’s I analysis shows that there is a strong spatial positive correlation in the environmental pollution of Bohai rim,and the aggregation phenomenon is obvious.The results of hot spot analysis shows that the junction zone of Hebei province and Shandong province and Hebei province and Liaoning province are the high and low concentration sets of regional environmental pollution at respectively;the Durbin model estimation results also show that the region environment overall economic relations curve showed "N" type,there is a short period in the growth of curves which contain most of the cites in Bohai rim.The Bohai rim is still in the left half of the EKC curve,the improvement effect in environment with the growth of economic is limited,there is still a long distance to the inflection point;the environmental pollution in Bohai rim has a negative externality,spatial spillover effect is significant;the pollution behavior in regions can significantly reduce the environmental quality of the surrounding areas,the spillover effect of environmental pollution has become an important reason for environmental quality in Bohai rim.At last,based on the above problems,suggestions of policies are put forward to reduce the atmospheric pollution in Bohai rim,such as improving the rules and regulations of regional environmental,practicing the regional cooperation of regional pollution activities,strengthening the mechanism of joint prevention and governance.We hope these proposals can reduce the degree of air pollution and improve the quality of the ecological environment in Bohai rim.
