Wire mesh is widely used in industrial,agricultural and defense fields due to its corrosion resistance and adaptability to harsh situations.The hexagonal mesh produced by the mining hexagonal netting machine is mainly used in coal mining,river management,garden protection and other places,and the demand is large.In addition to meet its working functions,the research on mining hexagonal netting machine should also focus on production cost,improment on work efficiency.The problems of noise and vibration during the working of the hexagonal netting machine for mining are studied in this paper,and the mapping,selection,modeling and simulation are used to analyse the problems.Static and modal analysis of the frame yields a stress cloud,a total deformation cloud,natural frequencies,and major modes of each order.By comparing the external excitation frequency with the natural frequency of the frame,it is found that the excitation frequency of the rack and pinion drive is close to the natural frequency of the frame,and the resonance phenomenon is easy to occur,which causing vibration and noise.It can be seen from the stress cloud that the stress is mainly concentrated on the column.The welding of the beam and the optimization of the structure of the frame.Add a diagonal beam to the weld of the side plates,columns and beams on both sides of the frame.According to the finite element analysis,the natural frequency of the frame increases,staggering the external excitation frequency;the equivalent stress and total deformation are reduced by 25.8%and30.4%,respectively.,In order to improve material utilization and reduce cost,the topology of the frame was optimized.The topology optimization results showed that the frame quality was reduced by 5.2%in the case of strength and deformation were satisfied.The gears for the netting device could be easily damaged during the working process the mining hexagonal netting machine,the material is re-selected for the gear,and the modal analysis of the two semi-cylindrical combined gears and the entire gear is obtained.The natural frequencies are similar.When analyzing the two semi-cylindrical combined gears,the entire gear can be directly analyzed and the external excitation doesn't cause resonance on the gears.The static analysis is used to verify the contact stress of the rack and pinion.It is concluded that the stress is mainly concentrated at the gear meshing portion and has a U-shaped distribution.The maximum equivalent stress is 86.341MPa,which is much less than 600 MPa,which proves that the gear design is reasonable.The dynamic analysis of the rack and pinion shows that the motion parameters of the five gears are basically consistent,indicating that the gears have good synchronism.Since the gears at the initial stage just start to mesh,the contact of the gear teeth gives the gear a large inpact,which causes large fluctuations in speed and acceleration.After the transmission is stable,it fluctuates above and below the theoretical angular velocity of 720°/s and the angular acceleration of 0rad/s~2.The rack and pinion drive is a line contact.During the meshing process,the corresponding points on the tooth surface cannot be simultaneously contacted and separated at the same time.The meshing force will have a certain fluctuation and fluctuate up and down at 3000N.Through the dynamic analysis of the rack and pinion,the dynamic characteristics of the rack and pinion during the working process can be fully understood.For the power problem of the network machine,according to the hydraulic system design requirements and the actual working conditions of the mining hexagonal netting machine,the hydraulic system is designed,and the hydraulic system schematic diagram is drawn and the operation sequence and working principle of each hydraulic component are introduced in detail,and the parameters of hydraulic components are calculated and selected.
