| Due to the increasing exploitation of oil in the world,many oil fields have entered the late stage of development.The technical requirements of mining and the work-over technology requirements are increasing year by year.There are some problems in work-over,such as low level of automation,complex processes,low working efficiency and large amount of labor.To solve these problems,this paper proposed a new type of vehicle mounted rack and pinion work-over rig with a simple structure,high working efficiency,safe and reliable operation.Firstly,the integrated transmission scheme of the work-over rig with gear and the rack was designed.The overall design idea was determined on the basis of the integrated transmission scheme.The work-over operating system and vehicle shares a diesel engine as a power machine.The derrick is mast type.Rack and pinion drive is the programme of lifting system.The guiding device is the bearing rolling in the guide rail.Lifting system uses the disc brake to brake,and the rotation system translates the torque by tubing elevator,and the brake of rotation is disc brake.According to the movement of vehicle-mounted rack and pinion work-over rig,the hydraulic drive system was designed.According to the action of the actuator,the commutation circuit,speed regulation loop,balance circuit and locked loop were designed,and the hydraulic pump,hydraulic motor and other components were calculated according to the parameters of the rig.Then structure of operating system of work-over rig with gear and the rack was designed.The rack and pinion drive of lifting system and gear drive of rotating system were designed and checked according to the parameters of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor.And the structures and parameters were determined based on the results.The structure of brake device and tubing elevator of work-over rig with gear and the rack.The structure of mechanical arm type pipe transfer device was designed and the work flow of the device was introduced.The chassis of carrier was chosen to be automobile chassis,and the layout of equipment on the chassis was designed and introduced.Finally,the whole 3D model of the rig was established,and the strength and rigidity of the derrick were analyzed by finite element software ANSYS Workbench.The results showed that the strength of the derrick etc.could meet the demand of the requirements. |
