With the development of the market economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly hot.which puts higher requirements on the production management of enterprises.Some advanced foreign companies have carried out a large number of innovations in the production management mode.With the guidance of advanced production theory,and with the support of information technology,a number of advanced production management systems have been constructed.In contrast,China's manufacturing enterprises are still relatively backward in production management.Production planning and control is the core content of enterprise production management,and it runs through the business activities of enterprises.Therefore,it has important significance for the research of production planning and control of China's manufacturing enterprises.This paper first studies and analyzes several advanced production theories,proposes the possibility of integration,and builds an integrated production plan and control model.In-depth study of the existing problems in M company's production planning and control and provide solutions under the support of integrated production planning and control models.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Deeply understand the theory and content of production planning and control,and at the same time summarize the development history of advanced production management ideas at home and abroad.The focus is on the content,ideas,and management models of the three production management theories of ERP,JIT,and TOC.(2)On the basis of the applicability,advantages and disadvantages of ERP,JIT and TOC,the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of ERP,JIT and TOC are carried out according to the requirements of different levels of production planning and control.The advantage of ERP lies in the comprehensive integration management of the enterprise and the formulation of the medium and long-term production plan.Therefore,the ERP is positioned at the enterprise level and is responsible for the formulation of the main production plan and the material demand plan;The TOC integrates planning and control,is located at the workshop level,and is mainly responsible for workshop production planning and scheduling;JIT is positioned at the production site and is responsible for the execution of productionoperations and control and feedback on the production site.In-depth analysis of the possibilities of integration and the construction of an integrated production planning and control model.(3)Through the field investigation and research of M company,we found out the problems of M company in production planning and production control,and analyzed the causes of these problems,pointing out the direction of solving the problem.Using the integrated production planning and control model to propose improved ideas and methods for M company's production planning,material demand planning,production operation planning,production schedule control,and inventory control.(4)To study the order ordering problem of aluminum continuous casting and rolling production line,and identify the bottleneck process in the aluminum continuous casting and rolling production line through TOC.The order ordering problem is mapped with the TSP problem,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.Import a one-week order from the production line into the established model for solution,and compare the results with the results based on FCFS queuing rules.The results show that the combination of TOC and genetic algorithm can effectively reduce the adjustment time of the melting furnace,thus increasing the production capacity of the production line.
