Research On XR Company Production Planning And Control Optimization

With the development of the society,the diverse need of the people,the traditional single mass scale production cannot meet the more and more complicated requirement.This requires the manufacturing industry into a more flexible way for small batch production.This kind of production mode puts forward higher requirements to the manufacturing enterprise.Being the basic plan of the enterprise,it is facing the unprecedented challenge of making profit and satisfying the customers.This paper takes the XR company as the research object,by using of exemplification and graph analysis,expounding the problems existing in the production process,analyzing the present situation of production planning and control system of XR company and finds out the problems in the production process,applying domestic and foreign production planning and control theory,such as MRPII(Manufacturing Resource Planning),JIT(Just In Time),TOC(theory of constraints),this paper proposes a series of improvement measures and implementation plan.The improvement measures include order per-program evaluation review technique,rough calculation of forecasting plan for market demands,capacity requirements planning etc.Through a series of implementation methods such as training,the optimization measures are implemented and achieved,making the production process more balanced,improving the company's punctuality rate and inventory turnover,so as to realize the efficiency of enterprise operation.Through the optimization of production planning and control system of XR company,the combination of various production planning and control theory can configure various resources more effectively,make the production process more balanced,improve on time delivery rate and inventory turnover rate the punctuality rate and inventory turnover,so as to let the company gain greater benefit.The research of this paper has practical guidance significance to XR company,and also some reference value to the improvement of other companies.
