Baotou's Fur Industry Research From The Late Qing Dynasty To The Republic Of China

Baotou is an important hub from the mainland to the northwest,which lays a foundation for the commercial development of baotou.Among the commodities exported by baotou,the largest and most valuable were fur products,which were distributed to baotou from the northwest and then transported to the inland regions.A large part of these fur products were exported through tianjin to serve as raw materials for industrial products in capitalist countries.Baotou in the old market has a saying: fur move hundred industries,we can see the importance of baotou fur industry for the economic development of baotou.The development and prosperity of baotou fur industry not only drives the urban development of baotou,but also drives the development of all walks of life in baotou.In the development and prosperity of baotou fur industry,fur store management plays an important role,so this paper focuses on the study of baotou fur store management and various systems,in order to reveal the modern baotou fur industry.The "baotou" studied in this paper refers to donghe district,the old urban area of baotou today.The research period is from the reign of guangxu in the late qing dynasty to the 38 th year of the Republic of China(1949).This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,research summary,research methods and paper structure of this topic.Chapter one mainly introduces the development of baotou fur industry.Generally speaking,prosperity appeared in the three periods of guangxu period,1923 railway tongbao period and lugou bridge incident period,during which there were many ups and downs due to the infiltration of domestic and foreign environment and foreign businessmen.Chapter two mainly analyzes the operating scale,store types and operating conditions of baotou fur industry.This paper analyzes the capital amount and commission income of typical enterprises from the 24 th year of the Republic of China to the 28 th year of the Republic of China.There are two types of shops: fur shops and leather shops.The nature and trading methods of fur shops and leather shops are different.However,the two parties do not exist in isolation.Chapter three mainly discusses the capital composition,employment system and management system of baotou fur enterprises.In terms of capital elements,it is mainly divided into financial shares and physical shares,and in terms of the nature of enterprises,it is further divided into sole proprietorship enterprises and joint ventures.There are three main parts of shop assistants in a store: physical assistants,non-physical assistantsand employees.These three types of employees have different employment relations with the store.The management system of the store is divided into two parts.The first part is the management system of the store to the financial management,and the second part is the management system of the store to the staff.Chapter four mainly introduces the baotou fur trade association.The research of the fur trade association is helpful to improve the understanding of the whole baotou fur industry.The conclusion summarizes the operation and management experience of baotou fur store and some problems and deficiencies.This paper analyzes the reasons,development process,operation and management system of baotou fur industry,and tries to reveal the historical features of baotou fur industry from the late qing dynasty to the Republic of China.
