As the global economy is getting better and better,the demand of energy in every industry has been in a growth trend,the oil production turned complicated.Factors such as complex deep well under high temperature and high pressure to the exploration,development brings new difficulties.Complex deep mining environment makes the casing damage is more likely to occur,so this article in view of the complex deep well casing damage under several case studies:In this paper,through literature and combined with field data,the casing stress situation analysis of a variety of circumstances,it is concluded that the load calculation formula.In addition,for simulating perforation casing,and the analysis on the mechanical influence of casing perforation parameters are studied.Combined with ANSYS finite element software of Monte-Carlo stochastic simulation method,get the casing perforation parameters of sensitivity.Again,through establishing the finite element model of casing-cement-layer formation system,Analyzed the influence of and casing wear of casing and cement loop defects,we can concluded that the stress nephogram and maximum equivalent stress diagram and fitting formula;And also analysis when the cement ring defects exist,the influence law of casing corrosion and abrasion on casing stress,and stress nephogram and relation curves are obtained.Finally,according to the safety analysis method,fuzzy mathematics,Analysis of thick wall casing under complicated environment,we get the safety evaluation set,weight value.Based on the results of the analysis,the establishment of grading methods and membership degree,we fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The above results for the design of the thick wall of the casing under complicated environment and safety assessment provide data.
