With the rapid growth of our national economy,as the support of urban industrial construction and national economic development of the necessary products — industrial explosives,both in the traditional construction industry or in the emerging military industry,the role of increasingly heavy.And in the application of industrial explosives,the production and transportation can not be ignored.At this stage,with the invention of mixed explosives in the field,the convenience and flexibility of industrial explosives production has been greatly improved,the role of mixed explosives on the scene is mainly in the blasting site of the ground station into the industrial explosives raw materials or Semi-finished products,according to the blasting position to the corresponding ground,and then use the vehicle equipment to raw materials and semi-finished products processed into explosives,and through the pump to the explosives into the hole,thereby achieve on-site blasting.On-site mixed explosives car is a pharmaceutical,transportation and charge as one of the mechanical equipment,in the field operations with a safe,convenient,fast and so on,and is a major advancement of modern blasting technology.But the field of mixed explosives car there is the defects that a large mobility,not easy to manage,once the explosion occurred in the scene will have a great harm,such as the risk may not be managed and assessed will cause very serious consequences,which is also our country's safety production sector attaches great importance to a problem.In view of this,this subject is based on the fuzzy mathematics theory,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in fuzzy mathematics is applied to the safety evaluation of the mixed operation of the mixed explosives in the field,and the safety characteristics of the mixed operation Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Safety Level of Mixing Explosive Car.Based on the relevant viewpoints of comprehensive theory and considering the influence of explosion environment,blasting safety management,technology and construction safety status,a multi-level safety evaluation system for on-site mixed explosive vehicle operation was established,and analysis the relevant evaluation factors.In the analysis of the evaluation factors,the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis of two methods.According to the principle of weight distribution of evaluation factors,the qualitative and quantitative multi-level division method is adopted in the distribution of the weight distribution of mixed explosives in the field,so that the weight assigned by each evaluation factor is more scientific and reasonable,which can fully reflect the impact of different evaluation factors on the safety of the mixed explosives on the site.Through the comparison and analysis of different comprehensive operators,we choose a good comprehensive operator to use,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for safety evaluation.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the on-site mixed explosive vehicle is applied to the corresponding engineering case,and the safety level of the project is obtained through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation considering the influence of the identified evaluation factors.The safety evaluation method of on-site mixed explosive truck operation in this field not only applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the blasting field,but also can be used in the safety evaluation of the mixed field.In addition,other corresponding blasting works can also play a reference role.
