| On the basis of the previous research, this paper introduces the followings from simple to complex and through many research methods: the establishing method of safety factors, strength behaviors of the casing strings of high-temperature-high-pressure wells, overall external loads models of casing strings, mechanical models of casing strings, the factors of casing failure, casing strings design. This paper has given the new calculation methods of reliable safety factors and safety factors of Fuzzy comprehensive multistage evaluation method. The modified equal safety coefficient method of triaxial stress design of casing strings is put forward on the basis of equal scatter coefficient method. At the same time, casing strings design method in high temperature and high pressure surrounding is developed.Based on the theoretical research, the software of casing strings design is developed by us, using visual basic 6.0 language in Win9X/Wm2000. The software has friendly interface between computer and man, and can be easily used. And yet it analyzes the complex external loads. If the regulation between the material mechanical properties of casing and temperature given, it will pay attention to the influence of high temperature on the ultimate strength design of casing strings. |
