| DB crude oil pipeline network(hereinafter referred to as the DB network)is referred to as the crude oil pipeline put into operation in 70 s of the last century,it is the company responsible for the operation of pipelines,including Qingtie oil pipeline(double),Tieda oil pipeline,Qinjing oil pipeline,Renjing oil pipeline,Ma Huining oil pipeline.DB is at the beginning of 1970 s the construction of the pipeline network,has been running for 30 years,because the pipeline runs longer,coating aging serious wear(wear pipe three rivers,roads and railways)parts of pipe wall exposed,corrosion,bring some difficulties to the safe and stable operation,so the pipeline company started in 2005 and lasted until 2011,every year into the security risks of DB crude oil pipeline a lot of money to carry out rectification,transformation achieved very good results,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pipeline.This paper based on the pipeline company in recent years the eastern crude oil pipeline network safety project as the engineering background,through field investigation and consulting engineering data,the basic content first discusses the risk characteristics and safety assessment of aging pipeline,research on the influence factors and failure mode,security index system to construct a suitable for aging oil pipeline.Then by using the principle of safety economics,the economic benefit of reducing the risk from the two aspects of loss reduction and increase production is analyzed,and the input output calculation model of the oil pipeline safety reconstruction is established.Finally,before and after the DB crude oil pipeline safety renovation project of the actual investment and maintenance fees for specific data as the basis,using the calculation model to calculate the input and output of DB crude oil pipeline safety renovation project value and the investment payback period. |
