In recent years,China has begun to fully promote the use of PPP mode to promote the investment and financing construction of sewage plant projects.However,due to the large investment scale,long cooperation cycle,and large number of participants in the sewage plant PPP project,the project faces greater investment risks.Dynamic management of investment risk is a subject worth studying.This article studies the method of dynamic management of investment risk of sewage plant projects under the PPP model.Around this main problem,the following three aspects of research are needed.The first is to study and construct a model of dynamic risk management for sewage plant PPP projects.The second is to study and design the risk identification and risk evaluation system of the sewage plant PPP project;the third is to study and introduce a model suitable for the investment risk assessment of the sewage plant PPP project.This article takes the dynamic risk management theory as the theoretical basis,and conducts research on the dynamic management of investment risk of sewage plant PPP projects.First,analyze the relevant concepts and theoretical framework through literature review;then based on the three-dimensional structure of Hall,combined with the risk management process and the full life cycle stage of the PPP project,construct a three-dimensional dynamic risk management model of the PPP project of the sewage plant,and study design risk identification and risk evaluation System,and the introduction of real option models in risk assessment;and finally,an empirical analysis of investment risk dynamic management methods and models is used in conjunction with the PPP project of a certain sewage plant.This paper draws the following conclusions: First,systematically analyze and analyze the key risk factors that affect the PPP project of the sewage plant;second,setting the guaranteed water volume can effectively control the risks during the operation period and ensure the reasonable return of social capital;third,use real options to calculate and set the guaranteed floor The option value of water volume to effectively control and manage investment risks.The research methods,constructed models and some research conclusions proposed in this paper have certain reference significance for China's future PPP investment and financing construction in the field of sewage treatment.
