Beach bar multi layer low permeability reservoir of Chun Liang petroliferous area sha-4member is abundant proven reserves of 3000*10~4t,controlled reserves of 3500*10~4t,prognostic reserves of 5000*10~4t were reported Chun 17 block is a typical block in the area that belongs to the low permeability reservoir of the beach dam needs to be fracture to use it effectively but more thin vertical,large span,property difference between layers and plane heterogeneity of stress distribution is complex affected by the above factors,it is difficult to make longitudinal reservoirs are fully transformed for the conventional fracturing,the effect caused by uneven alter effect results in poor development effectiveness in this block,therefore it is necessary to study on the technology of balanced reconstruction of low permeability and thin-layer reservoirs to improve the reservoir producing degree and development level.According to the difficulties of the reservoir reconstruction,it is found that layered fractu ring is the most effective way to realize the balanced reconstruction of reservoir.But for the di fferent blocks,the optimal process parameters,fracture parameters and the adaptability of la yered fracturing process are different,and combined with the characteristics of the block,the author selected the core of blocks’typical well rock,carried out mechanics experiment,obtai ned the accurate mechanical parameters,and established the dynamic static conversion model of mechanical parameters,thus can accurately describe the crustal stress profile.Through the software of Gohfer,launching multiple-unit simulator investigation,analyzing the influence o f different fracture parameters on productivity,and the optimal fracture parameters are obtaine d,analyzing the influence of fracturing parameters on the fracture parameters,and optimize th e fracturing construction parameters that can realize the optimal fracture parameters,achievin g optimal matching of the technical parameters,the fracture parameters and reservoir characte ristics,carrying the point of maximization of productivity.Through the investigation of layere d fracturing wells in Shengli oil field,grasped the mainstream technology of layered fracturin g,and established the selection principle of layered fracturing technology according to the pro cess characteristics In addition according to high shale content and strong water sensitivity in the block author conducted a series of experiments on the optimizing fracturing materials low damage and flowback easily fracturing fluid were optimized reservoir damage were reduced and fracturing effect are improved The technology of balanced reconstruction for this block were formed finally in the study the application results show that effectively improve the production of oil wells.
