Hydraulic jet fracturing, which integrates perforation, fracturing and isolation, is a new stimulation technology, without mechanical packer, achieving accurately fixed-point jetting, a set of tools for multi-stage fracturing, applicable to the naked hole, the screen completion of horizontal or vertical wells, the low permeability reservoirs and the thin interbeded fracturing。This paper mainly focuses on following several aspects in connection with hydraulic jet separate layer fracturing technology research, and has obtained the corresponding results:1、Based on the principles of fracture initiation and propagation characteristics of hydraulic jet separate layer fracturing, through the effective experiment of perforating parameters on fracture initiation, obtaining the relationship with the perforating parameters(perforating depth, perforating diameter, the angle between holes and the maximum level of stress), split pressure and split time; through experiments, carrying on researching for the different perforating parameters such as hydraulic parameters, abrasive parameters, the parameters of rocks properties on the effective case of the perforation, and obtaining impacts of the law of perforating parameters on perforating effect, then conducting on the optimization of hydraulic jet perforation fracturing parameters.2、Based on theories and experiments, the nozzle internal structure has been designed, the nozzle geometric parameters has been determined; the nozzle materials have been optimized through experimental analysis and selection of the erosion resistance of nozzles materials; and the shape and internal structure of the downhole tools has been designed according to hydraulic jet perforation and fracturing of fracturing process requirements.3、The optimization design method of hydraulic jet separate layer fracturing technology parameters has been studied, optimizing the nozzle parameters, determining hydraulic jet parameters, and the prediction of surface tubing and casing pressure has been conducted. Single well calculation results and actual construction parameters of hydraulic jet fracturing parameters are provided with consistency.4、Hydraulic jet separate layer fracturing applies to thin interbeded fracturing, so accurately determining the injection point is the key to hydraulic jet fracturing. Due to the tubing elongation during the fracturing process, the calculation method for tube elongation from the point of view of the analysis of tubing by stress in this paper, and derives theoretical calculation formula of tubing elongation, make up the defect,which tubing elongation of the current means of depth-correction could not determine.5、Through analysis and summary of the early applications of hydraulic jet separate layer fracturing, acquiring the in-depth of knowledge on adaptation and limitations of this technology, so as to ensure the successful implementation of technology.The system study of hydraulic jet separate layer fracturing technology this paper has provided a theoretical basis for hydraulic jet fracturing design, can effectively improve the construction efficiency and application of hydraulic jet separate layer fracturing effect, has a broad application prospects and the guiding significance for improving the low permeability reservoir stimulation.
