Research On The Directional Well Of Separate Layer Fracturing String Used In Hailaer Basin

There are 16 faulted depressions in Hailaer Basin of Daqing Oilfield,industrial oil airflow has been obtained in 8 industrial zones in 3 faulted depressions.As Hailaer Oilfield is a low permeability oilfield,it must be fractured and completed before it can be put into production.And Hailar Basin is a complicated faulted basin,not only the well with large inclination can be explored and developed by bypassing the Wuerxun River protection area,but also because of its large dip angle,it can be drilled into more reservoirs.In order to drill more reservoirs and evaluate the reservoir resources truly and accurately,Hailaer Oil Field decides to use directional wells for block potential assessment.The maximum inclined angle of directional well is within 55°.Because the shaft axis of directional well deviates from the vertical line seriously,the working condition of downhole tools is worse than that of straight well,which makes it difficult for the current stratified fracturing string to adapt to the requirements of directional well stratified fracturing,and it is easy to occur the accidents of sand plugging and pipe string sticking.In this paper,through the study of the stratified fracturing string of directional wells and its supporting tools,a complete set of technical measures are provided for the exploration and development of directional wells in Hailaer Oilfield.At the same time,the structure and working principle of the tool are systematically studied and described,and the strength of the tool is calculated and tested.The pressure blower is the main wear tool in the process of fracturing.It is simulated and analyzed by software,and its structure is improved and optimized,so that the amount of sand passing through the sand blowers is greatly increased.New tools such as pressure-controlled blowout prevention valve are introduced into fracturing string,and other tools are improved and innovated,which provides a technical guarantee for giving full play to the overall benefit of directional well technology.It can provide a complete set of technical support for the exploration and development of the Hailaer Basin,and provide a technical guarantee for giving full play to the overall benefits of the directional well technology.It has good economic,social benefits and wide application prospect.
