With the increasing exploitation of oil,the easy-to-explore petroleum resources are declining.Low-permeability reservoirs are widely distributed around the world as a rich reserve of petroleum resources.However,the difficulty and high cost of low-permeability reservoirs are limited.Its high speed mining.With the development of staged fracturing technology for horizontal wells,the production efficiency of low-permeability reservoirs has greatly increased.Based on the study of low-permeability reservoirs and on the basis of the Ordos block,this paper focuses on low-permeability horizontal wells in terms of optimization of hydraulic pressure fracture cluster spacing,optimization of fracturing fracture parameters,optimization of fracturing materials.The application of staged fracturing is mainly divided into the following four parts:1)Study the geological characteristics of low-permeability reservoirs,and analyze the domestic and foreign status of horizontal well fracturing optimization;2)Based on the displacement discontinuity method and the basic theory of elastic mechanics,a complex stress field calculation model considering the hydraulic fracture disturbance model was established,and the natural fractures were opened and shear fractured to form a complex fracture network under the complex stress field conditions.Regularity,and then obtain the maximum mesh area and the optimization of the target,forming a cluster spacing optimization method.The cluster spacing of the research block was optimized to obtain the prediction map of the fracture area of the fracture network under different fracturing modes.3)Mathematical modeling of hydraulic fracturing parameters of three-dimensional two-phase reservoirs,optimization of fracture parameters based on the geological parameters provided in the study block,and finally obtaining the optimal fracture length of the injection wells in the block;production wells The optimal crack length,number of cracks,crack angle,crack width,and crack spacing.The fracturing parameters are then used to determine reasonable fracturing parameters and form a complete fracturing plan.4)According to the characteristics of the low-permeability reservoir in this block,the optimization of fracturing materials is performed.
