In view of the CBM reservoir development,horizontal well staged fracturing technology is an effective method to increase production.But the design optimization of staged fracturing is the basis of the effective development for CBM horizontal well,and design optimization of horizontal section and fractures is the necessary premise for piecewise fracturing operation.In this paper,on the basis of Panzhuang block of Sihe mine,in south of Qinshui basin,adopting the horizontal well staged fracturing technology to exploit,the main work is designing and optimizing for the horizontal section and fractures,specially,because the unreasonable simulation grid division methods can not describe the pressure drop and the seepage characteristics of the horizontal section and fractures,the design optimization of simulation grid is the main research content.And in this text,the geological modeling software and numerical simulation software are used to establish horizontal well model at the study area.Using the Near Well Modeling(NWM)module and the local grid refinement(LGR)of the numerical simulation software Eclipse to design and optimize the horizontal section and fractures respectively.The last,based on the design optimization of horizontal well model and simulation grid,it is effective to design and optimize the horizontal section length and fracturing fracture system of the actual block.
