| Changqing gas field of Changqing Oilfield Company is the main gas source to Beijing and Tianjin which are parts of Shanxi Beijing pipeline system.It is the the emergent resource and peak allocation for"west east gas pipeline system".Sulige gas field is a typical Three Low gas field with "low pressure,low permeability,low abundance” which is built with largest scale and fastest speed.It is characterized by general low single well production,short stable production period,low pressure and low production in the long-term.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the research on the boosting technology of the rapid gas field development.According to the special Sulige gas field development,low single well production,rapid pressure decline,development area with more than 3.6×104km2,large construction scale,etc.,the four aspects including boosting process selection and pressure system optimization,compressor selection,compressor installation design optimization and optimal operation are studied and boosting technology has been developed which is suitable for construction and economic operation in Sulige gas field after going through a large number of relevant literature and multiple schemes comparison.Multi-stage boosting technology in gathering station and gas plant respectively is developed.In gas plant one stage boosting with compressor pressure ratio 2.48 and the inlet pressure 2.4MPa and outlet pressure 6.1MPa is adopt.In gather station one stage boosting with compressor pressure ratio 3.27 and the inlet pressure 1.0MPa and outlet pressure3.5MPa is adopt at the early development and two stages boosting with inlet pressure 0.5MPa and outlet pressure 1.0MPa at 1st stage and inlet pressure 1.0MPa and outlet pressure 3.5MPa at 2nd stage at later development are adopt.By optimizing the pressure ratio in each stage,the pressure energy consumption is reduced effectively,and the process flexibility,cumulative gas production and the recovery rate of gas wellare improved.Combined compressor selection technology with "Split Type + whole","import + domestic" and "big +small" is developed in this paper.small units in gathering station are domestic,large units in gas plant are imported and full combustion driven reciprocating compressors are selected,which reduces the engineering investment,and ensure the stability of field operation.The intensive compressor operation technology is developed and optimal operating conditions of each gas gathering station are determined including operating pressure,pressurized gas capacity,so as to adjust the performance of the compressor to make sure the compressor is running in high efficiency and the consumption of raw gas is reduced.The foundation design with non fixed connection and integrated installation technology are formed for the integrated compressor in gathering station through which fixed bolts connections to connect the compressor and foundation are not needed.This technology simplifies the construction process,save the project investment,and is more adapted to the compressor rotation in later development stage.At present,Sulige gas field capacity construction has been completed with more than 110 pressurized gas gathering stations,6 gas plant and more than 400 compressors.The cumulative production capacity is more than one hundred billion cubic meters with steady production which make a positive contribution to the development of the national energy structure adjustment,the rapid development of the Changqing Oilfield Company and the tight gas development technology. |
