The gas production in the Shenmu gas field is lower,the water production and the oil production are larger,and the efficiency of the foam drainage is lower,which is 67.36%.During the initial operation of the commissioning,the condition of shaft effusion is serious.Due to the lack of accurate analysis of the effusion and pre-determined foaming agent filling,a large number of foam drainage agent filling caused some of the foam failed to be able to break timely and was brought into the gas station.That affected the normal operation of the process..It is necessary to select the effective foam drainage agent for different gas wells to change the present situation in order to achieve the purpose of increasing production and stable production.This paper studied the factors affecting the efficiency of the foam agent in detail.The experimental data shows that the main factors are condensate oil and salinity of the formation water,the Secondary factors are downhole choke,angle of inclination and ect.By analyzing the shortcoming of the liquid-loading model in Shenmu gas field,the model of the cap is modified,which makes the model have high accuracy in predicting the condition of shaft effusion.The water quality of the study area is analyzed.The formation water is medium-high salinity water,and gas wells are classified according to the degree of mineralization.On this basis,the foaming ability and stability of different surfactants are evaluated by Waring Blende mixing method,and the types and amount of foaming agents for different types of water producing gas wells are optimized.Through laboratory experiments,the results are as follows:selecting the concentration of 0.6% PR-8 foam agent when the degree of Salinity is less than10g/L;selecting the concentration of 0.7~0.8% YTY-30 foaming agent when the degree of Salinity is 10~20g/L;selecting the concentration of 0.8~0.9%UT-6 foaming agent when the degree of Salinity is 20~40g/L;selecting the concentration of 0.8% CQF-1 foaming agent when the degree of Salinity is 40~100g/L;selecting the concentration of 0.9% PR-8 foaming agent when the degree of Salinity is more than 100g/L.And optimizing the filling system of gas wells in this paper.Field tests have shown that targeted selection of various types of foam and the concentration of the normal production of gas wells can promote the normalproduction of gas wells.
