In today’s world,energy has been the focus of the development of many countries and the increasing efforts in exploration and development of energy,and at the same time actively explore the energy saving technology research.so as to improve enemy efficiency.Natural gas industry in China has been developing rapidly,pipeline structure was formed by complex natural gas pipe network system.Although accumulated certain experience in gas pipeline operation management,but compared with developed countries,the shortcomings of high energy consumption of the gas pipelines in China are running,The third pipeline of Jing-xi affected by various factors which making the pipeline energy consumption uncertain.especially the centrifugal compressor is the most important energy-consuming device in the entire pipeline.Under this background,this assay is raised to solve the problems.Using similarity srinciple to salculate satural gas properties include density,compre ssion factor,adiabatic index.support for calculating compressor characteristic equations.The method of calculating compressor power consumption in this paper which according to the data of the compressor design condition to solve the actual working con ditions of compressor characteristic equation.First,make the performance curve under the design condition into numerical value;After the numerical value of the design parameters under the condition of using the principle of similar conversion into actual condition parameters;Finally the actual working conditions of fitting parameters using the step by step fitting for the characteristic equation of rotational speed and flow performance curve and draw the actual condition.Over a period of time the compressor energy consumption calculation,on the premise of compressor performance conversion,and then compared with the compressor during this period the actual energy consumption.Then complete the reason of error analysis and error correction.Base on this,We can find out the operating parameters of the compressor with lower energy consumption.Using the theory of similarity to analyze how to realize optimal operation of compressors Understand the principle such as export import regulation,imports of pre-spin regulation,and other,analyze the advantages of each method in economy and practicality.
