Abstract/Summary:
The ROSE technology of propane deasphalting process(residue supercritical solvent deasphalting)is selected in Karamay Petrochemical Company with the comparative study of the technology of ROSE and DEMEX.It will make rational use of vacuum residue,improve the yield of deasphalted oil,improve the level and reliability of the technology in the device and reduce the investment.This study is focus on the application of ROSE technology in the propane deasphalt device,the characteristics and efficiency of the asphalt separation tower and DAO separation tower,and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the operation process.In the separation process of the supercritical tower,more than 90% of the solvent is recovered and is involved in the process of heat transfer.The comparative study of the operation parameters,energy consumption,solvent consumption,yield and quality of the product shows the advantages of the application of ROSE technology in propane deasphalt device.The energy consumption of the unit reduced 2.69 kg of standard oil / ton compared with the previous 25.83 kg of standard oil/ton and the yield of deasphalted oil increased by 3.50%.In order to further verify the application of ROSE technology,the propane deasphalt device is in heavy load calibration with the processing capacity of 100t/h.The calibration results show that the product quality is qualified,the solvent consumption is larger,the energy consumption is high,the device operation is basically stable,but also there are bottlenecks;ROSE process technology can be optimised.The equipment(including pump,heat exchanger,fan,tower),solvent system,pressure system,air cooling system,heat-exchang system,furnace system of the propane deasphalt device was optimized and improved during the maintenance period in 2015.At the same time,we optimized the process,reduced the number of equipment and the intermediate heat exchange and avoided the repetitive operation.The optimization results showed that the device was stable and the product quality was 100%.The energy consumption was 24.76 kilograms of standard oil / ton,reduced 1.07 kg of standard oil/ton compared with the previous 25.83 kg of standard oil/ton.
