Study On Inner Mongolia Herdsmen's Ecological Civilization Consciousness

Construction of ecological civilization is not only ecological restoration and environmental governance,Should also include the consciousness of ecological value,ecological science,ecological responsibility and ecological aesthetic consciousness for content to foster the sense of ecological civilization.At the same time,is China's animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia municipality,the pros and cons of ecological civilization construction,the strength of the herdsmen ecological consciousness of ecological civilization construction in Inner Mongolia has a great influence to the global.This paper is based on the servey about Xilingol League Zhengxiang Bai Banner,To the present situation of the ecological civilization consciousness of herders in Inner Mongolia are analyzed,and analyses the influence factors of herdsmen ecological civilization consciousness,studies the countermeasures to improve herdsmen ecological civilization consciousness.First introduced the connotation of ecological question consciousness and evaluation dimensions.The connotation of ecological civilization consciousness from the consciousness of ecological value,ecological science,ecological responsibility and ecological aesthetic consciousness and so on four parts to elaborate,The evaluation of ecological civilization consciousness includes awareness of ecological civilization,ecological civilization,ecological civilization esteemed practice degree and so on three dimensions;Secondly,in the pastoral area of xilingol league area of Inner Mongolia has carried on the questionnaire survey.questionnaire contents include the basic situation of the nomads,herdsmen awareness of ecological civilization consciousness,herdsmen ecological civilization consciousness,esteemed herdsmen to the practice of ecological civilization degree and so on.By the investigation result shows,the contemporary high herders in Inner Mongolia to the traditional ideas of environmental protection awareness,perception and practice degree is high,and the scientific,modernized degree of awareness,perception and practice for the construction of ecological civilization is very weak;The third,based on the investigation of the above analysis,from the natural environment,cultural history and reality factors analysis of several aspects,such as the influence factors of herders in Inner Mongolia ecological civilization consciousness;Finally,puts forward the measures to improve herdsmen ecological civilization consciousness,include: to promote the economic development of pastoral areas ecology and improve the system of ecological civilization policy in pastoral area,and advocating the herdsmen education of ecological civilization consciousness,strengthen the legal construction of herdsmen ecological civilization consciousness,carry forward the traditional culture of the ecological thought.
