In order to reduce production cost and improve development efficiency,metering technologies of gas gathering station are used in N gas field,which leads us unable to obtain the output of single well,thereby further affect the adjustment of production measures.Based on the full understanding of the existing gas field data,this paper explores a feasible and effective production split method of gas well using metering technologies of gas gathering station,in order to accurately obtain the actual output of single well,which make the results acquired from the single-well performance more close to reality and the results can be used to guide the development of gas fields,reduce development costs and improve the recovery rate of the gas field.Therefore,study of production split method of gas well using metering technologies of gas gathering station is very meaningful.Based on the understanding of N gas field development mode and the characteristics of N gas field,three kinds of production split method of gas well were proposed,which are deliverability equation method,critical flow formula of downhole choke method and surface pipe flow method respectively.A set of production split method of gas well was formed,which involved gas reservoir,wellbore and surface pipelines.Detailed steps of each method are given,and the main factors affecting splitting were analysed.Finaly,a gas gathering station with knowing single well production was used as example to verify the accuracy of the method.The results show that the average error of the three methods is less than 10%.Finally,a gas gathering station production split software was developed using MATLAB,which can be used to accomplish calculation of gas well production split using the three methods proposed before,so gas production of single gas well with no metering equipment can be fast calculated,which can provide convenience for gas reservoir numerical simulation,dynamic analysis and productivity prediction.
