| As the demand for goods is stronger,Heavy haul train has become the focus of the development of logistics industry all over the world.The environmental vibration produced by it can not be ignored in the influence of the subsidiary structure and the comfort of the people in the houses along the line.At present,the research on heavy haul train,which has a heavy load and long holding capacity,has not yet been studied.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the dynamic response analysis and vibration control of the subsidiary structures of the civil houses along the heavy load train.This paper is based on the study of the heavy haul railway with Shuo Huang.The vibration of the children’s bed in the house is analyzed,and the evaluation of comfort and the measures of vibration damping are studied.This project belongs to the National Natural Science Foundation of “study on the impact assessment and vibration of structures along the railway line”(project number: 51378500).The work of this article is as follows:(1)The relative evaluation standards of vibration comfort at home and abroad are analyzed and compared,and the evaluation methods of vibration acceleration by direct method,filtering method and spectral density method are introduced,which provides a basis for the impact of environmental vibration and the evaluation of human comfort..(2)The vibration control of vibration isolation ditch for environmental vibration is explored.The ballastless sleeper-barrier-earth ANSYS model is established.The influence of different depth ratio,groove width,position and filling material on vibration isolation performance of vibration isolation trench is calculated,and the vibration isolation effect of ditch barrier under various working conditions is analyzed and evaluated(3)This article uses SAP2000 software to build 2 storey masonry houses and children’s bed models,then we input the measured acceleration excitation to calculate the dynamic response of children’s bed,and explore the influence of heavy haul train’s vibration on human comfort degree through weighted acceleration level.The main manifestations are as follows: the vertical acceleration level of children’s bed exceeds the 80 dB standard limit.So the vibration control measures for children’s bed need to be taken.(4)To children bed acceleration level exceeding standard,we use different quality tuning dampers to control vibration,then calculate the acceleration and vibration level of children bed under different parameters,and compare the dynamic characteristics of children bed before and after vibration.The results show that the increase of mass ratio and damping ratio can enhance the control effect of TMD,But after a certain degree,its damping performance tends to be stable.TMD has a good control effect on the vibration of children’s bed;and optimize the parameters of the TMD installation;The vertical vibration acceleration level of the total children bed is less than 80 dB,and acceleration level of Central frequency of 1/3 octave center frequency all down to a night time limits,which can meet the most stringent requirements of national standards. |
