| My country’s railway transportation is developing in the direction of "high-speed passenger transport and heavy freight".The smooth and safe operation of trains puts forward higher requirements for the handling of heavy-duty trains.Jining Locomotive Depot is responsible for 70% of the traction task of Hohhot Railway Bureau.It has the characteristics of high operation speed,heavy traction weight and high density of train operation.Improper operation of trains can easily cause broken hooks and separation accidents.The occurrence of train disconnection or subversion accidents poses a serious threat to the safety of railway transportation and production.Therefore,it is particularly important to study and improve the operation methods of 10,000-ton heavy-duty trains.Through field investigation and analysis,it can be known that the change of the longitudinal force of the train has a great influence on the smooth operation of the train.Therefore,the study of the longitudinal force of the train can not only understand the general law of the longitudinal force of the train under different working conditions,but also grasp the value and distribution of the maximum longitudinal force of the train.It can also find a way to reduce the maximum longitudinal force,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of heavy-duty trains,and prepare for the launch of heavy-load,heavier freight trains.This article will take the traction operation of the 10,000-ton train on the Tanghu Line of Hohhot Railway Bureau as the background to analyze and investigate the problems of locomotive failure,slow transportation,transit stop,phase loss,and disconnection of hooks during the traction process of heavy-duty trains.Combining the line ramp,curve,phase separation setting,and station setting point,the locomotive driving simulator is used to analyze the longitudinal coupler force of the train that causes the impulse and broken coupler of the heavy-duty train;on the basis of the analysis of the factors affecting the heavy-duty handling,The operation method of heavy haul train is discussed,and the operation method of optimizing heavy haul train is proposed.First,analyze the problems of locomotive failure,slowing,and stoppage caused by unscientific operation methods in the process of heavy haul transportation,and conclude that the longitudinal force change is an important factor that causes the impulse and disconnection of the heavy haul train.At the same time,for the convenience of subsequent analysis,the mechanism of train impulse and hook breaking under different operating conditions is compared with the relevant literature research.The locomotive driving simulator is used to simulate the actual line,and the ramp start and ramp system are simulated.The longitudinal coupler force analysis during moving,combined with the operating experience at the same time,draws out methods and operating points to reduce train impulse and prevent hook breaking.Then,the factors affecting the operation of heavy-duty trains such as adhesion,line curve,line ramp,and phase separation are analyzed one by one,and the operation methods of heavy-duty trains under different working conditions are initially obtained.Finally,a case study of heavy-duty train starting on a long uphill,braking down a ramp,and passing through difficult phase separation is carried out,and specific operation methods are proposed for the specific difficult operation section of the Tanghu Line.At the same time,to ensure this The operation method is safe and reliable,and the locomotive simulation driving device is used to test and further improve the operation method of the heavy-duty train.In order to achieve the purpose of reducing the impulse of the train and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the train. |
