At present,the production line of reconstituted tobacco is still in a semi-automatic working state.Its production process comes from the remaining ash and smoke in the production of tobacco as waste disposal.In order to reduce the landfill waste,it is considered to turn it into a treasure and increase the use rate of raw materials.It is catering for the trend of development in reducing tobacco tar content and harmful components of tobacco.It will reduce the tobacco damage to the people to the minimum,ang hope reengineering tobacco leaves to be close to the quality of tobacco leaves and to be good taste.In this paper,in view of the above ideas,a automatic production line has been developed to produce reconstituted tobacco drawing on paper making technology.Based on the analysis of the shape and quality of foreign products,a pilot production line was developed.The model of reconstituted tobacco production line was initially formed,and effective control of each process point was achieved.Using SIEMENS PLC S7-300,a set of reconstituted tobacco production control system was established with multiple PLC.The Hersman switch is linked to the industrial Ethernet ring network to complete data transmission and data sharing between PLC.According to the different requirements of each process point,a number of different CPU are selected.The switching quantity signal is inputted by the DI32*DC24V digital input module,the DO32*DC24V digital output module outputs the switch quantity;the analog input module is inputted by the AI8*13bit analog input module,the AO8*12bit analog output module outputs the analog signal.The SM321 digital input module DI collects the switch signal and converts the digital signal to the level signal;the SM331 analog input module AI collects the analog signal;the SM322 digital output module outputs the switch signal and converts the internal level into the external signal level,then controls the relay and so on.The Ethernet module CP343-1 links each PLC.Using SIEMENS STEP 7 5.5,it completes the hardware configuration and the control program of each process section.The operation picture is edited by WINCC 7.0,and the remote operation is realized,and the running state and process parameters of the equipment are recorded in real time.The programming completes the data collection and processing,realizes the on-line temperature control,the flow control,the concentration control,the current control,the power control and so on,so that each process point can be controlled and adjustable to meet the production process.The programming increases the alarm function of equipment failure and improves the response speed of equipment failure.Through the transformation of the automatic control system of the production line,the level of automation has been improved so that all the process points can be monitored in real time,and the visual response can be made quickly according to the requirements of production.The labor-intensive production line has been greatly improved,and one person can manage a workshop or even many sections.
