| With the development of the sharing economy,sharing house also emerged.And centralized rental apartment in china developed rapidly in the form of sharing house.It is expanding the rented private space by sharing kitchen,recreational area and entertainment area to get more functions and services,such as cooking,getting laundry and exercise,etc.Under this background,the current project is aimed at deeply studying on the existing product and service in sharing kitchen,and then designing the product service system.Based on product service system,more convenient and efficient cooking experience was expected to provide for apartment tenant.Meanwhile more convenience in management and maintenance was offered to apartment administrator.First of all,the current project researches on the product and service mode of sharing kitchen by using literature research and field research;secondly,the survey was conducted with target audience in two centralized rental apartments in Hangzhou by using questionnaire and interview,then their lifestyle,cooking habits and difficulties facing were attained during using sharing kitchen.A lot of pain points were found,including the complexity of the cooking process,and the confusion of public and private,etc;Thirdly,by creating typical personas and user journey map,user needs,motivations and expectations behind the excavation were captured and analyzed,then design strategy for "Getting food convenient and efficient" was determined.Based on the strategy,product service system architecture was developed,and physical product(including Cook together cooking machine design,boxes)and mobile interface design(including low-fidelity model design and main task flow chart)was completed.then,the usability testing of several basic task operations was carried out and obtain better feedback;Finally,aimed at feedback to optimize the cooking machine designand finish low-fidelity model design.In current study,through theoretical analysis and practice verification,the cooking product service system was built to create a more convenient and humanized kitchen cooking style.It also has value and meaning of improving the current sharing kitchen mode.Besides,for the related enterprises,the study of this system provides certain reference to help them develop kitchen products or services. |
