As the country with the largest population base in the world,China's demand for clothing is also huge.However,due to the diversity of clothing materials,the traditional home laundry method has gradually failed to meet the needs of people.At the same time,the laundry industry is prospering.Due to the increase in the amount of laundry,the laundry is sorted to the sorting problem.The production line has presented a major test.At present,in the clothing sorting process,it is still necessary to manually participate in printing bar codes and manually transport the clothes into the sorting line,among which there are problems such as high labor intensity,low efficiency,and unstable sorting.Therefore,the development of a more intelligent sorting system to improve the automation level of sorting is obviously important for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the work flow of the laundry factory,this thesis uses Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology to replace the barcode for sorting,and analyzes the key devices of the system in detail.Finally,the sorting control system was designed and the experimental prototype was built for related testing.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the laundry factory's workflow,combined with the actual needs of the sorting system,the overall plan of the system operation is proposed.In order to reduce the manual participation and realize the automatic feeding of the clothes into the sorting line,a jacket device with the function of conveying clothes and releasing single-piece clothes into the sorting line is designed,and the functions of the transporting device,driving device,sorting device and undercoat device of the sorting system was carried out with detailed structural analysis and functional principle description,and the main parameters of the prototype operation were determined.(2)In order to facilitate the management of clothing information from the coding of the clothes to the sorting and delivery,and at the same time improve the level of automation,it is determined to use the RFID electronic tag instead of the barcode to follow the laundry.Based on the analysis of the working principle of RFID technology,the control scheme of the automatic sorting system was determined.Based on this,the control structure based on PLC and RFID was proposed,and the hardware composition and software development platform were discussed in detail.(3)According to the functional requirements of the system,the logic function realization process of the system is determined.The automatic sorting control system based on Schneider PLC is designed.The schematic diagram of the gas path is designed according to the action that the cylinder needs to perform.Based on the Visual Studio 2015 platform,the PC software is designed using C# language.It can realizes the function of querying the data table and sending the sorting channel number by receiving the electronic tag number after establishing the connection with the PLC.In addition,the data can be displayed and saved through real-time information exchange between the host computer and the lower computer.(4)The prototype manufacturing and construction of the RFID hanging and sorting system based on RFID and PLC was completed by designing the aluminum alloy suspension frame.According to the prototype to test some functions,complete the prototype operation test,analyze the problems in the actual operation of the prototype and propose solutions to complete the stable and reliable operation of the system.In view of the low production efficiency and unstable sorting of the clothing sorting system,the research and design of the RFID-based sorting system has improved the level of automation and has been commissioned by the commissioned enterprise.
