| As a major exporter of footwear,there are still many shoe enterprises in China use traditional people-oriented storage methods,but they have problems such as high repeatability,high labor intensity,and low shipping efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop automatic storage equipment suitable for shoe enterprises.According to the actual production demand,this thesis designed an automatic storage equipment for shoe enterprises,and carried out the prototype experiment.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Conducted a field survey for a shoe factory,on the basis of the analysis of the traditional operation mode and the needs of the factory,we established a basic model under the analysis of the demand for the automatic storage equipment of the finished shoes.Through the analysis of the sub-functions of the system,the overall scheme of the entire automatic storage equipment was determined.(2)On the basis of the expandability and modularization of the equipment,the preliminary scheme is determined through theoretical research and program comparison.Through the strength check,parameter calculation,modeling verification and other methods,the detailed design of the extraction system,conveying system and control system of the storage equipment was carried out.On this basis,through 3D model simulation,PLC program offline simulation and other methods to detect possible problems,and modify the problems existed in the design segment.(3)In view of the shortcomings of the traditional shoe storage method,Through functional design and matching,the problem of the connection of goods from the conveyor line to the warehouse was solved based on the relevant data provided by the manufacturer.By comparison,the point storage and linkage extraction scheme of the shoes was proposed.It solved the problem of storage allocation of goods and improved the efficiency of warehousing.(4)The prototype of the finished shoe automatic storage equipment was completed.And the control system was designed by Mitsubishi MELSEC-L series PLC,and the warehouse management software was written based on VB.On that basis,the linkage between the sub-functions of the prototype and the fluctuations of the parameters in the actual operation were tested. |
