Since December 2001,after China's accession to the WTO,along with the development trend of global economic integration,international trade and other business activities become increasingly frequent,more and more demand for the third party testing.But with all walks of life more and more fierce competition,presents the heated condition,the customer in order to keep the market competitive advantage,the third party testing company's service demand is higher and higher.The third party testing company to seek improvement in stability in the fierce market competition,they need to constantly improve their own service ability and service level,to meet and exceed customer service requirements of increasingly severe.In order to achieve this goal,we need to study and thoroughly implement the lean thinking,apply lean thinking methods and tools to optimize its own process,waste elimination of non-value added activities,provide more valuable services for customers,gradually improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.How to make use of lean thinking,value stream analysis,process optimization theory and methods,making it the third party testing company to construct the core competitiveness of sustainable at all,in this paper,based on this,the company K and utilization of lean thinking strategy,research and analysis on the implementation plan,hoping to domestic third-party testing enterprises implement the lean thinking to optimize business processes to provide the reference and reference.This article first use lean manufacturing VSM tool mapped the enterprise value stream map now,through the graphic description of the image,and for every activity in the process of passing time,operation time for statistics and expression,make the process of information flow and service flow be clear at a glance,can efficiently identify each business link value-added and non-value added activities,and based on the "cancel don't add value,reduce non-value added but it must be,to optimize the value of" the principle of lean thinking,to analyze these processes,and screening of non-value added waste link,and combining with the theory of process optimization,analysis of the current process can be improved,map out the improved value stream map.In this paper,by using relevant theories and methods of the lean thinking tool,the process of K company is optimized,the optimization of process operation,significantly improved the report on time rate,accuracy,reduce customer complaints,fruitful results have been achieved.Process optimization,it is a process of continuous improvement,in order to eliminate all the waste of value-added activities,to achieve perfection,based on value stream process research,to enhance the competitiveness of the third party inspection company,to realize our country third party testing companies in the dominant position in the international has positive practical significance.
