Abstract/Summary:
Screen printing is a common processing method used in the production of sports uppers.The drying process is one of the important steps in the screen printing process.As a traditional equipment used in screen printing and drying,the stability and accuracy of the internal temperature control algorithm determine the production quality and efficiency of the sports upper.At present,a large number of dryer internal temperature processing methods are still traditional PID control,the parameter design process is cumbersome,the anti-interference ability is weak,and the adjustment time is long,and there are many optimizations that can be improved.And the double-speed chain screen printing dryer will cause convection between the external ambient air and the internal high temperature during operation due to the ingress and egress of the printing plate,which has a strong interference effect on the internal temperature stability of the dryer,which may result in the printing of the upper of the shoe.decline in quality.The traditional PID control algorithm is difficult to achieve the expected control requirements for dryer temperature control systems with time-varying,hysteresis,and interference.Therefore,this paper studies the temperature control algorithm of double-speed chain screen printing dryer and completes the following research work:Firstly,the working principle of screen printing and the development status of drying technology are introduced.The research on the control algorithm is carried out in detail.The development and practical application of various control algorithms in different control fields are analyzed.Secondly,according to the field investigation results of the double-speed chain screen printing and drying machine,the process flow of the double-speed chain screen printing and the process parameters of the dryer were determined.On this basis,the double-speed chain screen printing and drying was established.Machine Solidworks 3D model.Based on the system identification principle,thermodynamics dynamic equilibrium equation,model hypothesis and step response experiment method,the mathematical model formulas of each part of the double-speed chain screen printing dryer are derived.The data is measured by field experiments,and the mathematical model is calculated and obtained.Various parameters were completed to establish the mathematical model of the double-speed chain screen printing dryer,and the characteristics of the dryer were analyzed to lay the foundation for the simulation of the following algorithm.Then,based on the mathematical model of the double speed chain screen printing dryer,two optimization algorithms are designed.Based on the fuzzy control theory,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed based on the artificial PID parameters.The PID parameters are self-adjusted and the periodic interference of the printing plate is reduced.The multi-algorithm is combined and the fuzzy PID control algorithm is optimized by RBF neural network structure.The design is based on The fuzzy PID controller of RBF neural network is designed with the corresponding RBF neural network identifier to determine the structure and excitation function of each layer,to ensure the feasibility of the algorithm,to improve the self-adjusting ability of the system,and to make the temperature control of the dryer have The expert expression of fuzzy control and the adaptability of neural networks.Finally,the simulation model of double-speed chain screen printing dryer and two algorithms was built by Matlab,and the simulation analysis was carried out under the condition of disturbance and no disturbance.At the same time,the two algorithms were implanted into the thermostat and verified by experiments.The research results show that the fuzzy RBF neural network PID control algorithm can improve the temperature regulation capability of the double-speed chain screen printing dryer,optimize the antiinterference ability of the system,and verify the theoretical feasibility of the algorithm.
