With the requirements of product identification become stricter in the market, inkjet printer plays an important role as an intelligent identification tool in the entire process of production management.Since starting late and inadequate investment in inkjet technology, domestic inkjet printer industries were weak in research and development. The performances of inkjet printers lagged far behind foreign ones. It has been showed time and time again that the problem mainly reflected in ink delivery system of inkjet printer.A study on the performance of ink delivery system, and developing one with reasonable structure and improved functions, would promote production efficiency, improve competitiveness of enterprises, and enhance research and development level of domestic industry. This paper has researched on the ink delivery system of inkjet printer. And main content was arranged as following:In Chapter 1, the influence of ink delivery system on the performance of inkjet printer and the status of key technologies in the ink delivery system were summarized. Then, the importance of developing a set of ink delivery system was demonstrated.In Chapter 2, principles and the whole functions of ink delivery system were analyzed. Referring to the existing relative research results, the structure of ink delivery system was designed. In this design, the structure was simplified, the rate of failure risk was reduced, and the viscosity testing program was optimized.In Chapter 3, combined with the embedded system technology, the ink control system was designed, including software and hardware. Especially, modular design philosophy was applied to improve the utilization and efficiency.In Chapter 4, the ink pressure control program was presented to enhance the performance of ink delivery system further. Fuzzy PI control strategy, based on multiple fuzzy rules, was applied in this control program. And the result of fuzzy reasoning was simulated by fuzzy tool box in Matlab.In Chapter 5,3 experiments were designed to verify the ink pressure control program. In the experiments, control program was applied in this ink delivery system, compared with other control strategy, to analyze the performance of ink delivery system working at different working condition. The experimental results show that ink pressure control program performs well in this system. During the control progress, ink pressure can full meet the setting pressure with small steady-state error, high precision, and fast response speed. |
