Due to the development of synthetic fiber modification technology,conductive fibers base on polymer have been widely used in antistatic clothing,smart textiles,sensors,electromagnetic shielding and other fields.In this dissertation,a conductive polypropylene synthetic fiber was prepared.Ball milling combined with melt blending and solution blending methods were adopted to add graphene modified polypropylene.The as-received material with better conductive behaviors was then prepared as the masterbatch mixed with the pure polypropylene at a specific ratio for melt-spinning.When the graphene/polypropylene composites were prepared by ball milling and melt blending,the process during the experiment was optimized.It was found that the conductivity of the composite is the best at the rotation speed of 300rpm and 2h for ball milling and with the screw rotation speed of 30rpm.Under these conditions,graphene/polypropylene composites with different graphene contents were prepared.It was found that with the increase of graphene content,the tensile strength of the composites increased first and then decreased.When the graphene content was 3wt%,the peak value is 35.658MPa,which is 21.04%higher than that of pure polypropylene.The conductive threshold of the composite is between 5wt%and 8wt%of graphene.When the graphene/polypropylene composite was prepared by solution blending,the effect of dispersing graphene by mechanical stirring and ultrasonic dispersion was compared.It was found that the ultrasonic dispersion method was more effective,and the optimal ultrasonic time was 2h.A series of graphene/polypropylene composites were prepared using ultrasonic dispersion of graphene.The conductivity threshold of the graphene/polypropylene composite prepared by solution blending ultrasonic dispersion method is between 3wt%and 5wt%of graphene.When the graphene content is 15wt%,the electrical conductivity of the composite material reaches 2.92S/cm.When the graphene content is low,graphene can play a role in improving the crystallinity of polypropylene.In terms of the thermal stability,as the graphene content increases,the thermal stability of the composite material also gradually increases.After comparing the electrical conductivity of the composite prepared by the two methods,the composite prepared by the solution modification method was as the conductive masterbatch to mix with the pure polypropylene at a specific ratio,and the graphene/polypropylene composite fiber is prepared by melt spinning.The specific resistance of the graphene/polypropylene composite fiber is reached 10~6??cmwhen the graphene content is 8wt%,and the conductivity of the fiber has a good washing resistance.The mechanical properties of the fiber decrease after the addition of graphene.The conductive fiber has certain innovation and research value in the research of graphene application and functionalized conductive fiber.
