Graphene is a kind of 2-D network carbon nanomaterial with excellent performance such as super-large specific surface area,ultra-high strength,super thermal and electrical conductivity.Only when graphene is a single-layer with these superior performance and plays a certain actions,but the chemical inertia,hydrophobic property and the property of extremely easy to aggregation due to super interaction force limit the further research and application of the graphene and its composite material to some extent,so it is very difficult to product and develop graphene material.With the continuous development of technology,the comprehensive performance of composite materials has been put forward by various industries,and the main demand is the antistatic property of composite materials.Because of the field of electronics,static electricity is very harmful,and in order to resist electromagnetic interference,the electromagnetic shielding of composite materials also needs to be further solved.Compared with other fillers electrostatic materials,graphene is with the characteristics of low cost,low permeability threshold and good mechanical properties.Its good conductivity of graphene on the electrical conductivity of the composite materials has greatly improved,so this paper,using of graphene as a filler material is aim to make a good conductivity of composite materials.In this paper,graphene was prepared by the method of interpolation stripping.the graphene and PET were dissolved in the DMF and hexafluoroisopropanol,respectively,then stirred the mixture with the mixture solution of graphene and PET for 12h,later got the evenly dispersed graphene/PET mixture,finally added the deionized water to dissolve out the graphene/PET composite master-batch.The composite material was treated by heating in the vacuum environment,preparing the composite into smaller particle.Then putting the smaller particle into the liquation mixer equipment,and finally adjusting the temperature and rotate speed to get the micro-size of graphene/PET composite fiber via the melt spinning method.In this paper,we researched the dispersion performance when graphene was in the matrix and reunite phenomenon with the Raman imaging and spectrum,also tested the strength and electrical performance.The result showed that the electric conductivity of conductive fiber positive correlation with graphene area ratio,when the graphene area ratio reached 15%,composite electric network relatively formed;when the value reached 45%,composite electric network completely was formed. |
