Research On WHCHEM Enterprise Financial Strategy Under Value Management

Enterprise value is different from the previous evaluation means of enterprise per formance,and it is the best target for enterprises to refer to enterprise development a t the present stage.Financial management is the focus of enterprise strategy,and ente rprise value can be improved through reasonable financial planning.Therefore,when the strategic environment of an enterprise is constantly changing,the corresponding fi nancial management should not only focus on the indicators in the financial statemen ts,but also fit the enterprise strategy and match the value creation mode of the enter prise.For enterprises,The relationship between enterprise value,corporate strategy and financial strategy is becoming increasingly close and obvious.To realize the maximiz ation of enterprise value,it is necessary to maintain the ability of enterprises to conti nuously create value.To realize the maximization of enterprise value,it is necessary to take enterprise value as the guidance and manage the whole process from enterpri se strategy to financial strategy implementation.WHCHEM as a chemical field of industry leading enterprises in the world,the p erformance is very good in the industry,the business environment changes very quic kly in recent years,WHCHEM under different external environment condition,by ma king a reasonable financial strategy,after several years to realize the enterprise value rise sharply,obtained the consistent favour of investors.Based on the research on val ue management and financial strategy,this paper analyzes whether WHCHEM financi al strategy has created enterprise value under value management.By determining the enterprise strategic environment,analyzing the enterprise value creation model,aiming at the key links of the financial strategic management research,the research focuses on the investment strategy,financing strategy and distribution strategy adopted in the financial strategy of the company.The enterprise value before and after the impleme ntation and control of the enterprise financial strategy is evaluated by using the finan cial strategy matrix model,and the implementation and control of financial strategy a nd the implementation effect of financial strategy in different periods are evaluated.This paper arranges the content of the research according to the logical clue of "literature review--raising questions--case analysis--drawing conclusions".Using the qual itative analysis method to evaluate WHCHEM financial strategy,it is concluded that WHCHEM investment strategy has the problems of hidden dangers and excessive inv estment risks.Financing strategy has the problem of unreasonable capital structure an d great debt paying risk.The distribution strategy has the problem of unreasonable di stribution method and aggravating the capital pressure of enterprises.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward optimization Suggestions based on the perspective of value creation,highlighting the guidance of enterprise value to financial strategy a nd reflecting the impact of changes in enterprise financial strategy on enterprise value.These analyses will provide inspiration for enterprises in the same industry and enter prises of the same size to adjust their financial strategies under the same circumstances.
