At present,the pace of global economic integration speeding up,the rapid development of information technology,especially with the Internet+,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,block chain extension and application of new technology and new concepts,such as disruptive changes in the traditional business model,new environment and new mode,the enterprise competition,enterprise development is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In this context,the original extensive management method with clear demarcation of business and financial functions and obvious barriers can no longer meet the needs of sustainable development of enterprises,and the integrated development of business and finance has become the inevitable choice for enterprises to enhance their international competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.GM is a commodity foreign trade group,facing the complex international and domestic economic situation,as well as the increasingly fierce market competition,the operation of the company is facing great challenges.After trying to explore,in the process of operation mode innovation,management to realize the value of the financial management of value-added potential,and for the first time in early 2019,put forward the change of financial function,attaches great importance to the importance of financial management in the operation process,encourage financial personnel into the business process,participate in business model innovation,strengthen the leading role in comprehensive budget,supervise and guide the business operation and evaluation,good results have been achieved,business and financial personnel ideas gradually reversed,"business unit leading financial is limited to the background of accounting business process," the situation is gradually broken,industry fusion shape.However,at the present stage,the business and finance only cooperate in a few aspects,which is far from"organic and in-depth integration".Thanks to decentralized financial control mode,failed to step up financial organizational structure adjustment,the informationization method used is insufficient,the financial management of intrinsic budget conduct the thorough research to the related theory of fiscal integration,and combined with GM industry characteristics and its fusion status,analysis the necessity and feasibility of implementing industry goods fusion,summarizes the problems existing in the practice and the reasons behind the problems,study and put forward adjust the structure of financial organization,the implementation of business process reengineering,set up financial sharing center,strengthening budget control.refining the perfect performance indicators set and a series of optimization countermeasures.At the same time,from the aspects of the company’s management attaches importance to the integration of wealth to the strategic height,to strengthen the use of information means,human resources security,to build an efficient financial team,etc.Through the implementation of the above optimization measures,it can accelerate the transformation of financial functions and the integrated operation of industry and finance,improve the efficiency of resource allocation,and improve the decision-making support function of financial management,so as to realize the optimization and upgrading of financial management,the coordinated development of industry and finance,and the continuous improvement of the company’s management efficiency and market competitiveness.This paper discusses that under the current situation,the financial department is no longer just the department of accounting and reimbursement,the financial management has gradually become the key link of enterprise value increment,strengthen the financial management core management position,can greatly improve the company value increment ability.Combined with the case of GM company,this paper innovates that trading enterprises can break the mode of large business departments,create the mode of team of industrial and financial integration,constantly innovate the specific business mode,provide customers with personalized services flexibly,control risks and improve the benefits of trade business.In addition,this article from the change of financial function,business process reengineering,sharing financial
