| The perception of safety climate is the employees perceived safety climate.Employees perceive positive safety climate to guide their safety behavior toward a positive direction.Based on the previous research on the influence of personality traits on the perception of individual aspects,the influence of personality traits on the perception of safety climate is studied,and the difference of safety climate perception between individuals with different personality traits is understood,which helps enterprises to manage employees vary from person to person and improve management efficiency.First of all,based on the study of domestic and foreign safety climate perception theory knowledge,this paper finds five common safety climate perception dimensions.And this paper analyzes the relationship between the three dimensions of the safety climate perception and personality traits,and establishes an initial hypothesis model.Secondly,safety climate perception scale is prepared and a questionnaire survey is conducted.Finally,based on the structural equation model,the model of the influence of personality traits on the perception of safety climate is established.The influence path of five personality traits on the perception of safety climate is analyzed,and the recommended measures for enterprises to create a safety climate are proposed.The research conclusions are as follows:Highly motivated employees can easily perceive managers’ attention to safety equipment facilities,safety communication,and safety oversight.Managers should focus on urging them to actively participate in education and training,communicating their manager’s safety commitments,and supervising their compliance with safety rules.Extroverted employees can easily perceive managers’ attention to safety education and training,safety equipment and facilities investment,safety communication,and safety inspection.They should infiltrate their safety commitments and supervise their compliance with safety rules.Highly open employees can easily perceive manager’s safety commitments and their emphasis on safety education and training,safety equipment facilities,safety communication and safety inspections.Managers should emphasize the importance of safety rules and supervise employees to comply with safety rules.Highly pleasing employees can easily perceive the manager’s safety commitments and their emphasis on safety rules,safety education and training,and are not related to perceived managers’ attention to safety equipment facilities,safety communication and safety supervision.Responsibility has a positive impact on the five dimensions of safety climate perception. |
