Study On Labotary Capacity Construction And Operation Management Standard Of Hazardous Waste Disposal Enterprises

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the output of solid waste has risen sharply and quite a few of them have reached the level of hazardous waste.Because of its infectious,corrosive,flammable,toxic and other characteristics,if it is not identified properly in time,it will cause great harm to the human living environment.Therefore,strengthening the capacity construction and operation management standards of hazardous waste disposal enterprises will play an important role in the identification and management of hazardous wastes.Based on the reference of construction situations of hazardous waste disposal enterprises in domestic and oversea,through researching a number of hazardous waste disposalenterprises in Shanghai and other provinces,combining with the problems found in actual operation,the study present a new method of laboratory architecture and configuration,rapid analysis ability,the database of hazardous waste and operation and management of waste disposal enterprises.The main research contents of this paper include: analysis the index configuration analysis and propose suggestions of the laboratory requirements according to the different types of hazardous waste disposal in laboratory;investigate the necessity,principle and operation of the construction of rapid analysis method and determine its importance in the disposal process;divided the laboratory database into pieces and do the research to resource of database data,also expound the application of all kinds of databases.Last but not least,put forward the requirements of the overall construction of hazardous waste disposal enterprises in laboratory capacity,plan and conceive the supervision way of the environmental protection department.The implementation of laboratory capacity construction and operation management standards for hazardous waste disposal enterprises will provide a strong support for improving the overall management level and risk control ability of hazardous waste disposal enterprises in this city.
