Study On Quality Planning Of Automobile Interior Projects

In this paper,we hope to find a suitable quality planning scheme for automobile interiors project by studying the application of domestic and international quality planning.Quality planning in our company encountered many practical problems,like the lack of systematic relevance in the quality target between the different functional department and the lack of guiding the process in behavior.This paper hopes to combine our company own situation and use A PLUS project Case to make a good quality planning by the tools and methods of program quality management.First,we conduct the quality planning for the product character.The project tools are include TDM analysis,DFMEA analysis,PFMEA analysis to complete the planning.At first we defined the process how to use these tools.Then detail describe the application of these tools in the A PLUS program.The TDM analysis is used to record customer input include the product performance requirements and laws to establish a design verification method.After the TDM input,DFMEA and PFMEA are used to specifically analyze the potential failure modes and identify the high-risk items.According to the product and manufacturing process analysis of two aspects of input to form a complete list of key features.And the implementation of the control plan to implement the key features of the list to the production control.We also make the quality planning for the process how to achieve the quality requirements.The project tools are WBS decomposition,responsibility matrix,Gantt chart and critical path to complete the planning and writing.The WBS method is used to decompose the customer demand so that the total quality target and the customer demand are combined.As the quality goal is not static and dynamic in the whole development process,the goal must be decompose further according to the project stage,And use the responsibility matrix to clarify the responsibility of the various stages.And the use of Gantt chart,critical path theory of knowledge conduct a detailed planning.Finally,the definition of the quality objectives evaluation at each stage is re-planned,and the interaction of the departments in the process is emphasized.
