Rewinder is an important equipment for paper processing,and two-drum rewinder is one of the most common form of rewinder.The existing paper core shaft of domestic two-drum rewinder is a gas-up shaft,which needs manual filling,discharging and handling,and the blanking of finished paper is also required to be completed manually,consuming a long time,labor intensity,and low degree of automation.So,the R&D of two-drum rewinder based on design for quality was put forward,and the main contents are as follows:1)The background and significance of R&D of the equipment,and the development of rewinder and design for quality are introduced,and the steps of equipment of R&D based on design for quality are presented;2)Develop demand analysis based on QFD technology,draw the autocorrelation matrix,relation matrix and customer competition matrix,complete technical evaluation and technical characteristics of weight calculation,establish a demand analysis of the house of quality,get goals of R&D of the equipment;3)Complete the overall structure and decomposition of equipment,realize and choose the best structure for the press-roller mechanism,the vertical transmission mechanism and the cutting module,discuss the design of the control program,develop FMEA of the axis of the paper feeding mechanism,and get part configuration matrix;4)Complete the design of key hardware and software,introduce S-curve to realize the smooth transition of the acceleration and deceleration process of the motor,use mass synthesis and optimization based on QFD to obtain the optimal values of the bottom roller diameter of 170mm and the center distance of the two bottom rollers of 190m-m,and the simulation is carried out.5)Discuss the prototype of the trial,carry out orthogonal test to get the optimal combination of process parameters such as take-up speed ratio of 3.2,pressure roller down time of 3s and pressure of roller pressure of 0.4Mpa,complete the sta-bility analysis and comparative evaluation of the equipment,and get the conclusion that the prototype is superior to the existing equipment,and complete the experimental verification.
