The Difference And Distribution Rule Of Genotype About Vegetable Cadmium Accumulation And The Research Of Cadmium Pollution’s Repair

Heavy metal pollution is a major problem both at home and abroad.And Cadmium pollution of soil and vegetable is a problem in vegetable industry in recent years.Screening the low cadmium accumulation vegetable varieties and researching the distribution rules in different vegetables`organ and methods to fix cadmium pollution are some necessary measures.This article research content is screening for low cadmium accumulation of vegetables,Finding distribution rules and Cadmium pollution repair method.The main conclusions are as follows:1.There were differences in cadmium accumulation in different kinds of vegetables,Different genotype in same vegetable can also have differences about cadmium accumulation,A part of vegetables`cadmium limit has been exceeded.9 kinds of vegetables in 54 different varieties were selected in Xiangtan,Hunan province is carried out accumulation cadmium difference test and research on the vegetable fields polluted by cadmium,in order to provide reasonable reference for vegetables growing on the polluted ground.The results showed that the luffa,cucumber,beans three vegetables cadmium accumulation was extremely low.Eggplant,bolt,lettuce had higher cadmium accumulation and eggplants were overweight.Pepper,turnip,Chinese cabbage cadmium accumulation was moderate.There were also differences in the accumulation of cadmium in different varieties of vegetables.2.Different vegetative edible organs has showed difference in Cd accumulation and distribution rules.The mobility in inside of vegetables has different performance.The results of exploring the cadmium accumulation and distributing rules of fruit vegetables(peppers,tomatoes),leafy vegetables(cabbage,Chinese cabbage,chrysanthemum,asparagus lettuce)and root vegetables(potatoes,radish)with pots in which soil`s content of various forms of cadmium is 0.98 mg/kg showed that 1.cadmium accumulation varies from one type of vegetables to another one.It manifested that root vegetables > leafy vegetables > fruit vegetable.Thereinto cadmium contents of peppers,tomatoes,lettuce,radish,and potatoes were beyond the national standards.2.There were regularities of cadmium accumulation and distribution in the same type of vegetables,which were that fruit vegetables: roots> stems > leaves > fruits;Leafy vegetables: functional leaves > roots > stem leaves(edible organ);Root and stem vegetables :stem leaves > rhizome(edible organ).3.Researching the migration rate of cadmium in different organs was studied.The results show that the mobility`s size from nutritive organ to edible organs is potato>radish>Chinesecabbage>lettuce>Gardenchrysanthemum>wildcabbage>pepper>toma to.For Field production and testing to make scientific guidance.3.Different types of soil restorer have different content of cadmium in soil and pepper,The effect on the increase of pepper is genera.Research of 5 different repair agent`s effect about cadmium content of soil and pepper.Screening out effective soil repair agent to provide reference for vegetable cadmium pollution remediation.Test results showed us:(1)SR4(soil repair 4)has the most obvious effect to reducing the soil Cd content,the drop is 13.89﹪.(2).SR4(soil repair 4)has the most obvious effect to reducing the peppers`Cd content,the drop is 30﹪.(3).Only SR1 has 4.8-12.9% improvement about pepper production...
