| Basalt Fiber Reinforced Plastics is a new type of environmentally friendly,economical and high performance material.At present,BFRP has been applied in many aspects such as soil slope,rock slope,foundation pit supports excavation and low-strength concrete reinforcement.However,there is no research on BFRP for the reinforcement of rock mass in the cave temple.This paper is based on the second phase of the reinforcement of the rock mass and the seepage treatment of the Maiji Mountain Grottoes,On the basis of the investigation of the environment of the Maiji Mountain Grottoes,a series of geotechnical investigations theory and method are carried out by means of on-site investigation,laboratory experiment,on-site experiment and Software simulation to investigate the distribution of dangerous rock masses in the Maiji Mountain Grottoes,and conduct preliminary analysis of the genesis.At the same time,combined with the related theories and methods of material engineering and geotechnical engineering experiments,the physical and mechanical properties of the horizontal rock samples of the Maiji Mountain Grottoes,BFRP indoor performance tests and BFRP anchor on-site tests are carried out.The main performance parameters,construction technology and design parameters of the BFRP anchors were determined,and detailed data were provided for the reinforcement design of the Maijishan Grottoes.This paper is of great significance for the application of BFRP in the reinforcement of the cave temple.The main research results of the paper are as follows:1.Using the mapping,drilling,spontaneous potential method and water tests and other methods to conduct detailed surveys of engineering geological conditions of the Maiji Mountain Grottoes.at the same time,horizontal drilling samples were taken at the BFRP anchor experiment area,and samples density,water content,ultrasonic longitudinal wave velocity and unconfined compressive strength were tested.The distribution of rock masses in the Maiji Mountain Grottoes was investigated,and the preliminary genesis analysis was carried out.The rock mass diseases of the Maiji Mountain Grottoes were formed under the influence of natural factors and formation lithologic.2.Through the experiment of BFRP density,tensile property,bending property and corrosionresistance,the main properties of BFRP are studied.Compared with steel bars,BFRP is light in weight,high in tensile strength,and has good corrosion resistance.3.Field pull-out experiment of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Plastics anchors was carried out in the Xiya trial districts of Maiji Mountain Grottoes,and the construction method of BFRP anchors in the Maiji Mountain Grottoes was determined;at the same time,strain gauges were attached to the surface of the reinforced plastics for analysis and research the influence of anchor length,anchor diameter,borehole diameter,grouting material and anchor arrangement angle on the anchoring force and stress distribution of the anchor.4.The BFRP anchor system was modeled by SolidWorks software and then imported into ANSYS WORKBENCH for calculation to simulate the stress distribution of the BFRP anchor under the influence of load,anchor length and bore diameter. |
