In metal nonmetal underground mines,along with the development of mining technology,there are more and more mining companies using trackless transport vehicles,and new types of mine-use transport vehicles such as trackless mine transport vehicles,trackless transport vehicles,and trackless multi-function service vehicles are underground.Mines are widely used.These mine transport vehicles are off-road vehicles.They run in narrow,steep slopes and multiple curved roadways in underground mines.They are prone to rollover accidents.At the same time,due to the unstable rock at the top of the roadway,rocks are likely to fall and hit the vehicle accident.Therefore,the protective structure of mining transport vehicles is an important part of the structure design of mine transport equipment.Its performance is directly related to the personal safety of drivers and occupants,and it is also safe for the rollover protection structure and the fall protection structure of mining transport vehicles.Sex tests and evaluations are an important part of the safety assessment of mining transport vehicles.Based on the review and investigation of the status quo and development trends of domestic and international mining transport vehicles,this paper analyzes the characteristics of existing domestic and international rolled protection structures and landing protection structure test rigs,combining GB/T 17922-2014 and GB/T 17771-The requirements of 2010 were to study and design test equipment for rollover protection structures and landing protection structures for mining transport vehicles.The project is part of the construction content of the ?National Non-metallic Mine Major Disaster Accident Analysis and Identification National Laboratory Construction(Phase II)Project? initiated by the National Development and Reform Commission.The main contents of this paper are: This article reviews the relevant data of the safety protection structure of transport vehicles,investigates and tests the test benches designed by other units and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.Based on the current safety standards for the safety performance of the protective structure of transport vehicles,the design of the transport vehicles is designed.Protective structure test bench.The main research content of this article is the following:(1)Reviewing the status quo,development trends and related test standards of domestic and international mining transport vehicles,the design parameters of the test rigs were studied and the overall design plan was proposed.(2)According to the determination of the maximum loading force of the test bench,test space size and functional requirements,the design of the main structure and loading system of the test bench was studied.The design of the test bench structure was proposed,and the strength,stiffness,and stability were determined by the allowable stress design method.The calculations were performed and the design of the structure was simulated and analyzed using finite element analysis to verify the rationality and safety of the design.(3)The hydraulic loading system of the test bench was studied and designed.The hydraulic station uses high pressure and medium pressure hydraulic systems.(4)Study and design the test bench's measurement and control system.Using PLC control technology,LabVIEW programming technology,PROFIBUS-DP communication technology,etc.,build a test-bed measurement and control system to meet the test requirements stipulated by relevant test standards.
