In the rapid construction of achieving 50 million tons of oil and gas equivalent production,the production capacity of Changqing oilfield is 400 to 400 tons per year.Therefore,the ground construction workload is heavy.By using the experience of the development and application of small integrated device,the standardization of integrated water injection station was studied.According to the functional characteristics of standardized water injection station,the water injection station integrated device was designed on low pressure system,high pressure system and supporting system,respectively.In this paper,the main design content include the following five aspects.First,by optimizing the low pressure system of conventional steel vault tank to horizontal steel tank,and integrating the main process equipment of the storage unit,the water storage integrated device was developed.The device can move and reuse flexibly.Second,the original water treatment system “fiber ball + PE sintered tube” filtering process was optimized into “self-cleaning filter + PE sintered tube” system,so the filter water was directly supplied to injection pumps.After canceling the installation of the feed water pump,clear water tank and water treatment systems supporting,the hydraulic retention time was shortened.It improved the injection water quality and effectively save water and electricity.At the same time,the water treatment integrated device was developed.Third,in the water injection station high pressure system,the water injection pump used the excess pressure of water treatment.It shortened the on-site process by canceling clear water tank and feed water pump.And by integrating the injection pump and related devices,the water injection integrated device was developed.Fourth,by optimizing the high pressure valves,the water distribution integrated device was developed.With the support of insulation protection,the high pressure system equipment and factory could be possibly manufacture,outdoor layout and on-site assembly.The construction period and occupied area were greatly shortened.Fifth,the ground system construction model of “factory manufacturing and on-site assembly” was innovated.By developing and applying 4 kinds of water injection station integrated device,the construction speed was speeded up.And it had a positive effect on land conservation,investment saving,labor saving and safety.At the same time,the new construction model made it easier for oilfield ground construction,which would lead a new orientation for the ground construction of oil industry.
