Design Research Of Integrated Box Type Intelligent Water Supply Station

This topic for Xi'an Changqing engineering technology engineering limited liability company of scientific research project.Changqing oilfield belongs to the arid area of Northwest China,mostly poor quality oil and gas station place does not meet the "drinking water health standards" GB 5749-2006,the problem of water shortage and water quality of existing water resources shortage problem,which makes the workers there are hidden dangers in the safety and reliability of water and health.The current station water supply system consists of a raw water tank,water tank,hot water tank,variable life water supply equipment,reverse osmosis water treatment device,water heater,pressure pump and other components,the complex system,the equipment is not in operation and the linkage control of water supply,water resource waste,energy saving etc.the problem.This paper studies a type of intelligent water supply station,will purify the water supply system and water supply system,water treatment system,water system,instrument control and frequency distribution cabinet integrated skid set,and supporting the intelligent control system,the device after the completion of the study,can realize the life water automatic preparation and variable flow constant pressure supply,automatic preparation and storage and supply of drinking water,hot water and automatic heating supply,and water supply integrated intelligent energy saving water supply device for water,toilet water,toilet water for drinking,also can realize to reduce investment,save construction time,reduce the land area,reducing the labor intensity of employees etc.the advantages,to provide a strong technical support to ensure worker safety of drinking water,is the main development direction of Changqing Oilfield Ground Engineering Construction mode.
