| In this paper according to the characteristics of the construction of oilfield ground system,it is needed to design a kind of water injection integrated device which has a short process and is easy to remove to satisfy the developing requirements of low permeability reservoir,digital management,standardized design and modular construction,thus the oil exploitation of pre advanced water injection using and the remote small block water use.Through comparison of four kinds of sealing processes optimization,injection device using a closed process for ballonet oxygen.Using this process requires a change in standard water tank structure,all the external design of Water Tank all stiffeners、beams and columns,after the inner surface is smooth,the airbag confined water and atmospheric oxygen device isolation,stop oxygen dissolved in the water in the air,reduce corrosion,reduce scaling,solves the problem of water injection process closed.By factor analysis of water injection pump vibration and solving measures can be taken,then,depending on the characteristics of water injection device itself,injection pump inlet hose and install vibration damping pad,high pressure water injection pump vibration problem is solved.Reduce the vibration of water injection equipment and the pipeline for water injection pump leakage caused by lax sealing surfaces;Weakened by injection pump vibration caused by electrical components loose and signal discontinuity,reducing the frequency of failure,extended Maintenance Period,ensure normal operation of water injection.By analyzing the relationship between the pump、working principle of variable frequency system and variable frequency speed control mode,the application of Inverter in the injection device,solves the problem of water injection pump backflow,make injection pump with the automatic adjustment of injection allocation rate,reduce back to flow.With power-saving,reduce the amount of maintenance of the valve,improve the automation level of the system,reduce the system noise,improving the working environment,reduce labor intensity of workers,and other characteristics.Discussion by digital management application of water injection station and Steady flow distribution valve Group,determine the level of construction of digital management of water injection device,using PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)and RTU(Remote Terminal Control Unit)remote monitoring and control of production procedure,control of Water injection pump、feed water pumps and dosing pump automatically starts and stops the pump,monitoring water tank liquid level、injection pump and feed water pump running、pressure water injection pump imports and exports、arterial flow measurement of water injection and so on.Solve the failure to early warning and the disability of stopping the pump in time while equipment faults happen.Through equipment optimization、water injection pipeline calculation and the base of water injection device calculation,a water injection integrated device is developed,which shorten the construction period by 17 days,save field area by 45%,and reduce the project investment by 40%,realizing the intelligent control and unattended operation.62 sets of currently used in Changqing Oilfield,3 sets of used in Hainan Oilfield,1 units used in Zhejiang Haian Oilfield,running in good condition. |
