With the development of China's petrochemical industry,the petrochemical construction project contracting way also in change,using the model design,procurement,construction(EPC)of petrochemical construction projects more and more.Adopt the EPC mode of petrochemical construction project can realize the design,procurement,construction in time sequence on the depth of the cross,so as to shorten the cycle of the whole project.Through the analysis of the schedule management theory development situation at home and abroad,a brief introduction to the concept of schedule management,and expounds the characteristics of petrochemical EPC project progress management.Then NXSH 500 project of EPC project,for example,on EPC project schedule management system from the establishment of the early,to in the process of planning,executing,monitoring,adjustment,adjustment and so on each link analysis,summarized in the process of the EPC project schedule management problems and put forward the improvement measures and Suggestions.At first,this paper studies on the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,the research and for the purpose of this paper,and the case analysis and design of content,including the status of the current EPC project practice,terminology,basic theory and case analysis has carried on the induction process.On this basis,this study of NXSH 5 million tons/year expansion project analyzes the basic situation of EPC project,the project general situation,the project master schedule,the critical path,the project schedule management system and the analysis of the restricting factors of the project schedule.Through the analysis of the basic conditions of a project,this paper the progress of the project management of the entire study,for each link in terms of schedule plan and schedule control measures are analyzed,including the design progress classification,implements real-time monitoring and periodic monitoring for purchasing progress,improve the safety in the process of construction quality assurance measures to strengthen the project schedule management.At the same time,this paper combines the actual effects in the project schedule execution factors proposed the reasonable solutions,including optimization scheduling management process,based on WBS method to decomposition and refinement of the project structure,planning of maturity assessment and other measures.
