| With the continuous development of oceanic exploration,the technology of FLNG has been rapidly developed.The pretreatment of natural gas plays an important role in FLNG production process.The column is the core equipment of the pretreatment process,and its operation has a significant impact on the gas purification effect,gas quality and the overall economic efficiency.The initial gas distribution under the packing bed is an important factor which can affect the normal operation and separation efficiency of the whole column,and the gas distribution device is of vital importance to the gas distribution of packed column,whose performance directly affects the initial gas distribution and the separation efficiency of packed column.Therefore,the research on the gas distribution device in the FLNG packed column is of great significance for the packed column to maintain the high efficiency of acid removal under sloshing condition.In this paper,the twin-tangential annular flow gas distributor,which is the important gas distribution device in FLNG packed column,was studied with the method of experiment and simulation.According to the needs of the experiment,a set of experimental device of gas distributor was built,which could be used to study the gas distributor under the condition of static and sloshing.The numerical model of twin-tangential annular flow gas distributor was established after the conduction of grid independence and verification of accuracy.Based on the experimental device and numerical model,the experimental and simulation studies on the distributor under static and sloshing conditions were carried out to analyze the influence of the sloshing condition on the performance of the distributor.The influence of structure parameters on the performance of the distributor were studied by using the numerical model,as a result,the optimal structure parameters of different size of the distributor under static and sloshing condition were obtained.In addition,the improvement of the structure of the twin-tangential annular flow gas distributor was also discussed.The research work in this paper has some guiding significance for the design of gas distribution device in FLNG packed column. |
